1. Overview
Memory Leaf LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Platform to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we will respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.
2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe content on Memory Leaf infringes your copyright, submit a written notice to our designated DMCA Agent containing:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail to allow us to locate it.
- Your contact information (address, phone number, email address).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
3. Filing a Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing your identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
Memory Leaf maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of the copyrights of others.
